A: Yes! For an extra fee, we can make your dress to your exact measurements. Select "Custom Size" and provide your measurements in inches or centimeters. Professional measurement is recommended.


Q: Tips for measuring myself?

1. Wear similar undergarments as with the dress

2. Get help from someone else

3. Measure bust at the fullest part

4. Measure in the afternoon/evening for accuracy

5. Include heel height in hollow-to-floor measurement if wearing heels


Q: Can I alter the dress if it doesn’t fit?
A: Yes, we leave extra fabric in the seams for minor adjustments. Beading or detailed areas may be harder to alter.


Q: How is dress length determined?
A: We use your hollow-to-floor measurement. Shorter styles are proportionally calculated based on height.

A: Slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting.


Q: Difference between white and ivory?
A: White is bright and crisp; ivory is soft and warm, often flattering for more skin tones.

A: High-quality fabrics including Chiffon, Organza, Satin, Matte Satin, Tulle, Taffeta, Jersey, Elastic Satin, and 30D Chiffon.

Q: Can I change the dress style?
A: Yes! Contact us before ordering to modify length, neckline, sleeves, or fabric.


Q: Do you have photos of real customers?
A: Some product pages include customer photos. You can request a photo on the product page.




Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel or return my order if I change my mind?
A: Most dresses are made-to-order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.


Q: Can I return a dress if it doesn’t fit?
A: Yes, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned within 15 days.
